What floor plans are currently available?

Treybrooke at the Park offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes for rent in Morrisville, NC. How do I schedule a tour?

You can easily schedule an in-person or virtual tour of our community on the Schedule a Tour page of our website or by contacting our sales team directly by phone. We would love to show you around!

What is the application process?

After you choose your desired apartment home, you’ll complete our online application, submit the application fee and holding deposit, and provide any required documentation. Applicants will be screened for credit, rental history, income, and public criminal records. Should an applicant not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded. For more information, please contact our sales team directly by phone.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on how quickly we receive all required documentation.

What lease terms do you offer?

Treybrooke at the Park offers flexible lease terms ranging from 4 to 12 months, but options may vary depending on the time of year and availability. For more information on current lease terms available, please contact our sales team or submit a guest card on the Contact Us page of our website.

Is there a waitlist if the floor plan I want is not available?

Absolutely! To be added to our priority waitlist, you will submit an online application, along with a $50 application fee per person and a $200 priority reservation deposit. Once your desired floor plan becomes available, we will contact you to officially reserve it for your desired move-in date.

Pricing & Fees

What is the monthly rent?

Monthly rent varies by floor plan, location within the community, and availability. You can view current pricing on the Floor Plans page of our website or by contacting our sales team directly.

Are utilities included in rent?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, heat , cable, phone, and internet.

What is the security deposit amount?

Security deposits can vary based on credit screening results, ranging from $200 to one month’s rent. Contact us by phone or through the Contact Us page of our website for more information on deposit requirements.

Are there any application or administrative fees?

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per person to process your application. A $200 holding fee will also be held until your application is approved. Once approved, the holding fee will be applied to your adminstration fee. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirements, the administration will be refunded. Do you require renters insurance?

Yes, every resident who moves into Treybrooke at the Park is required to obtain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. For more details on the renters insurance policy, please give us a call at our office!

Pet Policies

Are pets allowed?

Yes, Treybrooke at the Park is proud to be a pet-friendly community!

Is there a pet fee, deposit, or monthly pet rent?

Up to 2 cats and/or dogs (1 dog if over 30 lbs) are allowed with a $250-$300 non-refundable pet fee, and $20 monthly pet rent per pet.

Are there any breed or weight restrictions?

Breed restrictions do apply, along with a 65 lb weight limit. Please give us a call at the office for more details or to answer any specific questions you may have.

Do you have any pet-friendly amenities?

Apartment Features

What appliances are included?

Our apartment homes include black appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a garbage disposal. Washer & dryer is optional. All of our apartments and townhomes come equipped with washer/dryer connections. Is there in-unit laundry or on-site laundry facilities?

Each of our apartment homes includes washer/dryer connections. You can rent a washer/dryer for a minimal monthly fee of $30. Visit the Amenities page of our website for a full list of our in-home features and finishes.

Do the apartments have air conditioning and heating?

Yes, all of our apartment homes are equipped with central air conditioning and heating systems, along with a digital programmable thermostat for year-round comfort.

Do you offer furnished units?

All of our apartment homes come unfurnished, but we can assist you with furnishing through a third-party company if needed.

Are there options for upgraded finishes?

All of our apartment homes feature black appliances, goose neck kitchen faucets and ceiling fans. For more information on apartment finishes, please visit the Amenities page of our website.

What amenities are available for residents?

Do you have a fitness center and/or pool?

Yes! Treybrooke at the Park features an outdoor swimming pool with lounge seating available for all residents to enjoy. Residents also have access to our on-site fitness center equipped with cardio, weight, and strength training equipment. Is parking available and are there any additional fees?

Treybrooke at the Park offers 1 reserved parking space for each apartment home, along with open parking for additional vechicles and for guests, There is no additonal charge for parking. Are there shared spaces like a clubhouse or co-working area?

Yes! Treybrooke at the Park has a business center and conference room, along with common area Wi-Fi access for your convenience.

How do I pay rent?

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can conveniently submit maintenance requests through our online resident portal. Additionally, emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours per day and can be submitted through our maintenance phone line by calling the main office.

What is your policy for breaking a lease?

If you need to break your lease, early termination fees apply. Please refer to your lease agreement or speak with our management team for more details.

Is subletting allowed?
